Delivery is between 2-5 business days from the date of purchase. We always update you via email of your tracking number. You can see more info on delivery on this page: Delivery Information
Upon dispatching your order we always add a tracking number. This can be found in the email we send you to update you on the status of your order. If you cannot locate this email, reach out to us and we will resend you the email.
We only use secure methods. We have partnered with both Stripe payments and Paypal. Both these payment methods are 100% secure and we would not have it any other way.
If for whatever reason you are not totally happy with your order , we offer a 30 day return window. The item must be in the same condition it was received in without any marks or damage to the item. In the rare case your item has arrived damaged, we can either process a refund on return of the order, or we can arrange for a replacement product to be sent. Please keep in mind that all return costs are at your expense.
Other questions
After using your plancha, we recommend always to first use a degreaser on the cold plate. Leave the degreaser on the plate for around 10-15 minutes. Once this has been done, rinse the plate in hot water. Dry the plate with paper towels or a tea towel. This should do the trick! Check out our blog for more tips on how to maintain your plancha
Yes it is. This makes it much easier to clean.
The Plancha Direct planchas works with propane or butane gas. Please be advised that our planchas are only to be used outside and should not be connected to any gas sources in your home.
